Get to know me!

I led a successful and demanding career in Hospitality and Event Management for 17 years and paused my career to nurture our growing family. My fascination with housing trends, zeal for a high energy and ever-evolving industry, thirst for continued learning opportunities, and need to find balance allowing for prioritization of faith, family, and clients led me into Real Estate and, more specifically, to my partnership with Wallace Real Estate, a local and a global company.

Licensed since 2006, educating clients is my highest priority and customer service is my strongest attribute. I strive to enable and empower my clients to make informed decisions to meet their distinctive real estate goals and to exceed their expectations in working with a REALTOR in Greater Knoxville. I aim to curate the Goldilocks Experience for my clients making certain their home buying and/or home selling experience is Just Right with Julie!

My husband and our four children reside in the Strawberry Plains area and enjoy cooking, entertaining, a multitude of outdoor family activities such as camping, hiking, and kayaking and are striving to become pickleball players. Both my husband and I are active community volunteers and have been blessed to serve our church in many capacities. In memory of our third son, who passed at two days old due to a genetic enzyme deficiency; our family formed My Son Shines Fund to raise awareness and funds for a new playground and picnic shelter at Carter Sports Park. In July 2024, we allocated all raised funds to Knox County Parks and Recreation. The brand-new ADA compliant playground opened in August of 2024 thanks to the great work of the Knox County ADA and Parks and Recreation offices and the many donors and supporters of My Son Shines Fund.
